How do I create an account?
Creating an account is quick and easy.  We store your shipping information to make it easy to checkout when your ready.  We have a wish list also to store a list of items for you to purchase later.

Is the site Secure?
Yes, all of your information is stored in an encrypted database.  For your safety and privacy, we do not store any if your financial information.  During checkout and entry of your personal and private information, you enter a secure server a additional protection.
 
I forgot my password, how can I get this?
Easy, just click My Account form the navigation, then in the section “Forgot Your Password?”, enter the email address you used to access your account, then click “Request a New Password”. A single use password will be sent to you.  Once you login, you can change the password if you choose.
 
How do I get a brochure from you?
We will be glad to send you a brochure free.  Please click hereand complete the brochure request form.  You will receive our brochure within 7-10 days.
 
 
 
 
Do you gift wrap?
Yes!  Gift wrapping is provided at no charge.
 
I don’t see a product one of your manufacturers makes, can I still order it?
Yes, if the manufacturer carries the product, we’d be glad to quote and order this for you.  Please contact us for options and a quote.
 
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we have preset amounts available to add to the shopping cart.  If you would like a gift card amount that is larger then the amounts we offer, we will be glad to assist you with this.  Please contact us for assistance.
 
How can I use a gift certificate?
Gift certificates can be used in our retail stores or online. If you received a certificate by email or by mail, you can use this in either the retail stores or apply this certificate amount to your web purchases.
 
Do you charge Tax?
We only charge sales tax on orders shipping to FL, NY and CA states.  If your purchases are shipping to any other state or international, we do not charge sales tax or VAT.
 
How does the wish list work?
Simply add to the items you would like to save for later to your wish list.  We recommend that you set up a personal account to ensure you always have access to the items on your wish list.

Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise within 90 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. Please note:
 
  • The item returned must be in its original packaging in salable condition with original packaging
  • If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

How does the wish list work?

How do you ship?
dkVOGUE offers shipping by UPS. All shipments have tracking and delivery conformation and require a signature. Insurance is included in all shipments.  For other shippers or custom shipping quotes, please contact us.
 
Do you offer or provide insurance?
Insurance is included as part of the shipping cost. All items are insured for full replacement value.

Is international and Canadian shipping available?

At the current time, orders submitted online can only be shipped within the USA. If you would like your order shipped to a select number of international addresses, please call to place your order by phone with a pr Sales Associate.

An estimated delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order placement. This charge may be amended at a later date based on the weight and the geographic shipping location of the order. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country.

Duties and taxes (including value added tax) will be the responsibility of the recipient. DkVogue cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance, however an estimate will be provided to the purchaser prior to the time of shipping. The purchaser's approval is needed to complete shipment.

If you would like to have your online order shipped within the USA, but BILLED to an international address, please enter the appropriate billing information at checkout.
